- Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
- Exceptions: Final sale items (clearly marked) and personalized products cannot be returned

Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please include:
- Original packaging if possible
- Completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
