- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags
- Exceptions: Final sale items (marked as such) and personalized products

Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please include:
- Original packaging if possible
- Completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
- All original tags attached

Refund Details
- Timing: 5-10 business days after we process your return
- Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Amount: Item cost minus original shipping (unless return is due to our error)
Exchange Options
Prefer a different size or style? We’ll happily exchange for:

We’ll cover standard shipping for exchanges due to sizing issues – because growing kids shouldn’t mean extra costs!
Non-Returnable Items
To keep our prices family-friendly, these items can’t be returned:
