How do I create an account?
Simply proceed through checkout – you’ll have the option to create an account with your email and password. This lets you track orders, save favorites, and check out faster next time!
I forgot my password – what should I do?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, and we’ll email you a secure link to reset it. If you don’t see our email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].
Can I modify my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get those adorable tees to you fast! If you need to make changes, email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t entered processing yet.

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options?
We offer two great ways to get your playful designs:
🚀 Standard Shipping (£12.95): 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx
🐢 FREE Shipping (orders over £50): 15-25 days via EMS
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide except some remote Asian regions and areas with postal restrictions. If you’re unsure, just email us your location to [email protected] – we’ll respond within 24 hours!
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order dispatches from our Hereford headquarters. Click the tracking link to follow your little one’s new favorites on their journey to you!

Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards and PayPal for your convenience:

All payments are processed securely – we never store your card details.
Why was I charged in a different currency?
Our prices are in GBP (£), but your bank may convert this to your local currency. Any conversion fees are determined by your payment provider – we recommend checking with them if you have questions about exchange rates.
When will my payment be processed?
Payment is taken immediately when you place your order. If we encounter any issues (like an out-of-stock item), we’ll contact you within 24 hours to arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We want you and your little ones to be thrilled with every purchase! You may return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 15 days of delivery. Please email [email protected] to initiate your return – we’ll provide prepaid return labels for UK orders.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return at our Hereford warehouse, please allow:
  • 5 business days for processing
  • Additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
We’ll email you at each step so you’re never left wondering!
What if my item arrives damaged?
Oh no! We pack every order with care, but accidents happen. Please email photos of the damage to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll rush out a replacement or refund – your choice!
